Around this time last year, I photographed a stunning Columbia wedding at the Canal Riverfront Park. The couple, Chance and Heather, wanted a small ceremony with only both of their moms there on a sunny Saturday morning, and they invited me to photograph the special affair.

I was so honored to be there, if only for a short time to create a few stunning frames from their intimate Columbia, SC ceremony. Heather and Chance are now happily married with a handsome little addition to their family! I’m actually seeing them again almost a year to the day of their wedding to photograph them as a family this weekend. I love my returning clients, and I just had to re-share this intimate Columbia wedding at the Canal Riverfront Park because, well, it’s gorgeous and to celebrate one year of marriage for my happy couple!

Heather rented her dress for the day, and it fit her PERFECTLY. Her mom put together a sweet little bouquet for her, and it all looked dreamy in the morning light.

Very small ceremony with only their moms in attendance… and my camera. It was incredibly sweet and meaningful. I LOVE shooting these types of affairs!!
