Today, I’m incredibly honored to be sharing the first peek into Bree and Jamie’s wedding day exactly two weeks ago at the Farm at Ridgeway. Their day was close to flawless with blue skies during the day and a mild fall chill once the sunset. They were surrounded by family and friends as the said their ‘I do’s’ in front of a lace and greenery covered arbor. A friend of the family played guitar while Bree walked down the isle, and their reception was full of dancing, amazing food provided by Hudson’s Classic Catering, and beautiful details.
All-in-all Bree and Jamie’s Farm at Ridgeway wedding was just a dream! Bree and her girls prepared for the day with mimosas and hair and make up by Eyebrow Junkie while Jamie and his guys joked and laughed excitedly before the ceremony. Their colors were so complimentary to Bree’s David’s Bridal gown, and Blythewood Florist’s bouquet was one of my favorites so far this fall wedding season!!
Truly, I could go on and on about how gorgeous this wedding day was and about how amazing of a couple Bree and Jamie are, but let’s just cut to the chase… Enjoy my favorite frames from this beautiful fall wedding at The Farm at Ridgeway in South Carolina.
Bree’s gown was soooo beautiful, and I love that she had a custom hanger made for it!
Every little detail matters…
I’m still SO in love with Bree’s shoes! That shiny heel is something else, isn’t it?!
Bree’s mom and two bridesmaids helped her into her gown and jewlery…
And she wore Jamie’s great great grandmother’s ring close to her heart to count as something ‘borrowed’.
Bree’s dad wore this proud smile the ENTIRE wedding day; it was so sweet to see him just that happy for his little girl.
Ah, I love groom’s details!!
Looking SHARP, Jamie!
They had the prettiest ceremony location on the farm that overlooked a little pond.
MARRIED!!
The bridal party was looking SHARP, right??
I honestly couldn’t have asked for better light during their bride and groom portraits…
Gosh, Bree, you’re radiant!!
Now time for the reception!!
Bree and Jamie had one of the coolest ‘guest book’ ideas I’ve seen so far! They had little wooden hearts ready to be written on and slipped into a frame for them to keep in their home together. What a cool idea!
Each table held beautiful floral arrangements and a framed picture of the couple from their younger days.
The couple enjoyed a sweet first dance in front of the crowd and played the ‘shoe game’, as well! It was such a fun time watching their answers to questions like, “Who is more romantic?” and “Who is more likely to get lost?”
Bree and Jamie,
Your day was a dream to photograph, and I’ve loved working with you over this past year. From your engagement session to the wedding, I enjoyed watching you two love and promise each other forever. I’m so honored to have been your wedding photographer, and I can’t wait to watch your love grow!
