On the morning of their SC Statehouse engagement, Nick and Halli met me a few streets down from the Statehouse grounds because of a Christmas parade that was happening that day on Gervais Street. Though I was thrown off my mental game with the parade, all the people, and changing up our starting location, my job was so easy when it came to photographing Nick and Halli together.

They showed up to their session dressed to the nines and ready to cuddle and kiss for me. Halli’s gold sparkly stilettos and white peacoat complimented her and the city-esque landscape SO well. Nick in a black suit and sharp tie had him looking dapper next to Halli. They just complimented each other perfectly for this shoot, as you can see. These images are so lovely and dreamy; this session is one of my favorites to date!

We weren’t planning on starting on Lady Street in Columbia, but the morning had other plans for us. I’m okay with it though, because these two make a normal old street look GOOD.
