The Details
Tris and Nick- A couple that has been through it ALL. They are such a wonderful and fabulous couple with years of love under their belt, so capturing their big day was a no brainer. As soon as the JHP team stepped foot into their lovely suite at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins hotel, we were best friends. Once we said our hellos, we were off to capture their timeless details. I couldn’t get over all the florals and details provided to us to help make their wedding details pop
Getting Ready
As Nick and Tris started getting ready together, you could see the evident love and years of friendship that had built up to this special and fun moment. As their best LGBTQ+ San Francisco wedding photographer, I was grinning ear to ear to witness this couple have so much fun in their getting ready moments. After they were finished getting dressed, we stepped outside to have some elegant rooftop photos and a glad of champagne!
San Francisco Couple’s Portraits
After walking through the lobby of the InterContinental Mark Hopkins, out the revolving door and into the lovely San Fran streets with Tris and Nick, we took time at a nearby park to capture their LGBTQ+ wedding portraits. We even got to include their fur babies which I know was so special to this family. It was about time to get this party started though!
The Great American Music Hall
As Tris and Nick previously married, this day was truly a day to celebrate their long and loving relationship with all their friends and family. They held their party at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, CA. Before the dinner and party would begin, we just HAD to capture these stunning details all prepared and out together by their lovely planner, Alexandra Madison. To top off this stunning decor, florals by Orange Moon Floral were beautifully arranged on each table. This sweet couple made their grand entrance right as cocktail hour began and it was time to feel all the love!
The LGBTQ+ Wedding Reception
Before dinner and dancing would begin, the couple’s loving crown gave quite the toasts. Then dinner was served and their Noe Valley Bakery cake was ready to be cut. It was NOW time to celebrate the love that had been in the air all day. As the best LGBTQ+ wedding photographer in San Francisco, you can believe I was happy to dance right along side the crown while also capturing stunning images that Nick and Tris would value throughout the rest of time.
