The Details

When I arrived to The Dewberry where Tori was getting ready for the Charleston, SC wedding day, I started by capturing all of her and Michael’s wedding details. These wedding details were so crisp and perfect for this couple. George Press surely did an amazing job of crafting these invitations for Michael and Tori.

Getting Ready

As Michael was getting ready in a separate location, Tori was getting ready surrounded by her bridesmaids and family. Watching her get her hair and makeup finalized and slip into her gorgeous dress from a personal favorite site of mine, BHLDN the magic was becoming real. Transforming into a stunning bride is always an amazing thing to witness and capture. And to know that Tori was surrounded by the people she adores most while getting ready to start a new chapter in her life fills my heart.

The Cistern

Before we were off to capture Michael and his groomsmen, we made sure to travel to Charleston’s Cistern to capture some magical moments with Tori and her bridesmaids. Once we arrived, she was able to share her wedding day look to her father for the very first time. That’s a moment I absolutely love. A father seeing his child getting ready for a new adventure in life. Tori and her wedding crew looked more than stunning. They were flawless! After we finished up at The Cistern, we started our walk to the chapel for the wedding.

Michael and the Groomsmen

After our lovely stroll to Grace Church Cathedral, we had a sweet moment to capture Michael and his groomsmen. Michael was looking so sharp and he was one excited groom! You can clearly see the excitement on his face in these Charleston, SC wedding photos.

The Wedding Ceremony in Charleston, SC

On a gorgeous day in Charleston, South Carolina, Michael and Tori were wed before all their loved ones at Grace Church Cathedral. Michael made it a point to stand for his bride as she was escorted by her mother down the aisle and we were all so moved. After they exchanged their vows, the rings, and a kiss, they were officially husband and wife!

Once we captured the amazing full wedding party, it was time for Tori and Michael to have their intimate moments and capture their portraits. They were breathtaking. I mean, truly a stunning couple. Charleston, South Carolina gave so many stunning settings for this couple to capture timeless portraits for their wedding day.

The Reception Decor

Lowndes Grove and River House gave for the perfect setting for an elegant reception for this Charleston, SC wedding. As if the touches of green didn’t already have me obsessed, the oyster shell name tags really were something to adore! Such a unique touch that I hadn’t seen before. Tori and Michael entered their Charleston, SC wedding reception and it was time to celebrate these two love birds!
