I have a magical love story for you today about Dee and Demien. On a gorgeous sunny afternoon in the Summer of 2022, they eloped surrounded by just their closets family and friends. Our Jessica Hunt Photography associate, Savannah captured every sweet detail that entailed in this elopement day and I can’t wait to show you just how unique Dee and Demien’s wedding day really was. The Details
When Savannah arrived to location where Dee and Demien were preparing for their day, she first sought out to capture the most important of details- the rings. But as details were captured, Demien and Dee were getting dressed into their wedding day looks. Dee wore a stunning Dimitra Designs, Dinah by Watters Gown. On her head she wore a crown that she designed. She adorned her hair with golden butterflies. She was truly a renaissance painting.
The Elopement
Demien was ready to be married in his Calvin Klein suit and looking more sharp than ever. His family’s backyard was the perfect setting for him and Dee to elope together. Below a Plain Air Flowers arch standing in the yard, Dee walked with Demien’s father to meet him and say their vows. Their love story started when they met at Velo Fellow in Greenville, SC some years ago and it aged like fine wine. Their love was a beautiful one. After sharing heartfelt vows, some tears, and some laughter, they were wed.
The Couple’s Portraits
After the sweet union, Demien and Dee captured their first portraits together as Husband and wife before heading to RJ Rockers for their reception. This reception was like no other though. This was a cosplay reception and this couple and their guests were about to show up in their most fun attire.
RJ Rockers Reception
When arriving to RJ Rockers in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the couple’s first side quest was their first dance while all their guests watched with joy. Then dinner was served. After a quick outfit change, Savannah and the couple set out on another side quest of capturing more couple’s portraits in downtown Spartanburg. This couple was so entirely in love and it’s easy to see in how much fun these two have together.
