Fred and Andrew celebrated their wedding day surrounded by those they love the most, and I absolutely love how their day’s images came together. Getting Ready For The LGBTQ+ Backyard Wedding

Fred and Andrew prepared for their LGBTQ+ Lake Wateree backyard wedding day together with their pup, Charlotte, friends and family. I made sure to photograph all their details and include some pieces straight from their home that I knew would be near and dear to their hearts. They both dressed together in their master bedroom of their home with Charlotte before we headed out around their Lake Wateree property to take some portraits.

Lake Wateree LGBTQ+ Wedding Portraits

The couple decided to complete all of their photographs before their evening ceremony in front of the lake in their backyard. I absolutely adore these photos of Fred and Andrew together on their dock on the lake in their backyard. Their Lake Wateree home made a beautiful setting for their wedding photos.

Pre Ceremony Cocktail Hour

The couple and their families chose to have a cocktail hour before their ceremony to keep it intimate and lively before they said their vows! The Gourmet Shop catered the occasion with some lovely charcuterie boards. Andrew and Fred were such a joy to work with and such a fun couple. We had so much fun photographing these cocktail hour portraits before their wedding.

A Sunset Ceremony

Andrew and Fred were married at sunset in front of Lake Wateree in their back yard on a warm July day earlier this year. The couple had a beautiful alter in front of the sunset on the lake decorated in sunset colored florals by Flowers Plus. They decided to keep it lighthearted and fun just like their wonderful personalities. They exchanged their vows with their families and exchanged a kiss to seal the deal!

The Food Truck Dinner and Margaritas!

After the ceremony, they enjoyed El Guapo Tacos food truck , Dinner Bell Catering, and The Margarita Man of Columbia with their guests at their home and after a few heartfelt toasts, a sweet cake cutting of a gorgeous Suarez Bakery sunset themed cake, and some quick dancing, Andrew and Fred exited their reception on their golf cart surrounded by their family and friends!
