The 2021 Wedding Photography Love
I mean, every wedding was full of love this year. How could it not? We just survived 2020, so there was an extra sprinkle of gratefulness added to these 2021 weddings. There’s no mistaking how much love was happening in real life by these photos.
The 2021 Wedding Day Details
Every wedding had it’s wonderful details to bring the day together. No day is ever complete without details to be honest. From the invitations, rings, and clothing to the ceremony decorations and flowers, no wedding day can exist without these.
You can see from these 2021 wedding photos how unique each wedding day has really been this year and how every story has been vibrant. One of my favorite days I photographed this year was an intimate Lace House wedding full of all the thoughtful wedding day details. Other Favorites of mine from this year include the classic Seibels House wedding, a lovely Riverbanks Zoo and Botanical Garden wedding were the unforgettable all white party wedding from the Lace House in Columbia, SC.
The First Looks
I’ve said it so many times, I just love first looks. They make every wedding day so much easier for couples and the reactions are truly always my favorite. When the sun goes down early on your wedding day, I might even say that your first look and portraits are a must have! Look at these sweet reactions and the wedding day portraits that came right after said first looks!
The Venues
Shout out to the incredible Columbia, South Carolina wedding venues for making it through 2020 and 2021 also. I can’t stress enough how hard every Columbia, South Carolina wedding vendor worked this year. All indoor and outdoor wedding venues really made this year special for every couple who got married.
Some venues like 701 Whaley went out of their way to even allow couples to incorporate their dogs into their Columbia, SC wedding photos. Every outdoor and Indoor venue made sure to to help every guest feel safe and cared for this year and I think that speaks volumes!
The Help
The venues and event planners were so much help to making 2021 wedding photography even happen this year. I will say without an associate, second shooter and assistants on the Jessica Hunt Photography team, this year couldn’t have been so successful. All the help I got from my team this year really made the difference on every couple’s wedding days. You should see how all this help it all looked behind the scenes!
Even the days I couldn’t be there and had an associate photographer be there meant the world to me. Peep these incredible and intimate photos. Thanks to my associate and my team of wonderful assistants, these small intimate weddings were able to be captured!
The Receptions
These gorgeous 2021 wedding days couldn’t be complete without all the fun, right? Right! I know most weddings are all about the rings, the attire, and the first kisses but every moment is equally as special in my opinion. What would we do without the first dances and cake cutting? The gorgeous details so thoughtfully put together for an amazing reception and the sparkler and bubbly exits? This Junction 800 wedding reception really took the cake this year.
Every wedding may be unique but no wedding is complete without the fun of a reception. And I’d say we’ve had some pretty rad receptions in these 2021 wedding photos in Columbia, South Carolina.
