There’s just something magical about the streets of Charleston, South Carolina. Today’s featured engagement session by Charleston SC engagement photographer Jessica Hunt was photographed among the trees and Spanish moss of the College of Charleston and on the streets of this historic city. If you know me, you know I was LIVING for all of this Spanish moss and unique architecture. This is one Charleston SC engagement session for the books!
Molly attended the College of Charleston so she was able to lead us around to all of the best spots for a Charleston SC engagement photographer to work her magic. I was SO thankful for her knowledge of the area. Because if you’ve been to Charleston, you know how easy it is to get to lost among the streets and gorgeous buildings! We explored among The Cistern Yard and the campus of the College of Charleston. We even started their session with a few craft beers from Kudu!
Cole and Molly love each other easily; it comes naturally for them. Cole is very sweet with Molly. When he looks at her, you can just see how much he loves and admires her. It’s so very evident that he’s found the love of his life. Oh, and Molly’s face was lit up with a smile the entire session because it’s clear that being around Cole just makes her happy. It was so easy for me to see how comfortable they both were in their relationship and with each other. Those little looks and smiles shared between a couple are my favorite things to see as a photographer behind the camera, so it’s safe to say they made my job easy for me!
I hope you enjoy these images from this engagement session because I really enjoyed my first day as a Charleston SC engagement photographer! I cannot wait for Cole and Molly’s big day next year, and I already know their Charleston wedding is going to be beautiful. Now, enough of my rambling, let’s get to the images!

Gah, I just LOVE this next frame. Molly, you’re a STUNNER girl!!
Time for a quick outfit change! You know I had to find an interestingly colored building or wall while in Charleston for engagement portraits, and this pastel pink one worked perfectly to make Molly and Cole pop in a few images. The only issue was that I was sorta-kinda-totally standing in the road for a few of these to get the angle I wanted. Ha!
