Bridal portraits have a special place in my heart, and today am I so excited to share with you Erica’s bridal pictures at The Lace House in Columbia, SC. I love being a Lace House wedding photographer, as everything I’ve ever photographed on the grounds and in the house has been stunning!
The Lace House
Erica’s bridal portraits were no different, despite the rain that tried to put a damper on our session. One of the best things about The Lace House is that it has so many locations to photograph portraits, both inside the house and outside in the garden. Even if it’s pouring rain, this stunning wedding venue still has perfect places for wedding portraits that are covered and safe for a bride in a brand new gown.
The Bride
Erica found her dress at New York Bride and Groom, and she wore her mother’s veil! Erica and her mom even delicately cleaned the veil and lightened its color to match her gown. The gown and veil complimented each other perfectly, and Erica chose a pretty pair of Badgley Mischka flats.
I hope you enjoy browsing through my favorite frames from Erica’s bridal portraits at the Lace House in Columbia, SC, and be sure to check back on Friday this week to see Erica and Will’s full wedding day!

I loved the unique back and design of Erica’s Rebecca Ingram gown.

The sun peeked out just a little bit for us as we finished up on the upper porch of The Lace House, and the last few moments of sunlight were magical!
Erica was utterly flawless in every frame from her bridal session at The Lace House. I cannot wait to share her full wedding day later this week now that she is officially Mrs. Hunter-Laroche!
