LGBTQ+ Wedding Photographer in South Carolina
Caitlin and Haley hosted a rustic wedding in the summer of 2020 at the Millstone at Adam’s Pond. Their wedding day was truly gorgeous and perfect in every day. I’m honored they chose me as their LGBTQ+ wedding photographer in South Carolina and I’m pleased to walk you through their flawless wedding day and photos.
The Wedding Day Details
As with any wedding day, I started Haley and Caitlin’s wedding day by capturing all their details while they got ready separately at the venue. I’m always so happy to capture such stunning details on every wedding day.

Getting Ready For Their Wedding Day
Haley slipped into her dress surrounded by those closest to her. She looked absolutely gorgeous after adding a headband and earrings as a final touch. Meanwhile down the hall, Caitlin prepared to put on her suit and helped her and Haley’s sons get their shoes on. I thought it was so sweet to see that they made sure that their adopted sons were so included in their day. These kinds of special moments make it so rewarding to be a LGBTQ+ wedding photographer in South Carolina.
The First Look
Caitlin and Haley decided to have a first look and formal photos taken before their ceremony. The Millstone at Adam’s Pond made for the most beautiful setting for this lovely couple.
After their first look, they had a first look with their boys too which was too sweet. We made sure to get all the portraits with them before the ceremony. They are really one gorgeous family!
The LGBTQ+ Wedding Ceremony Photos
After their formal portraits, we prepared for Caitlin and Haley’s LGBTQ+ wedding ceremony. It came together beautifully even with the few guests they had. They got married under an arch in front of the pond on a June afternoon.
After their ceremony, we made sure to capture a few more formal portraits and get photos with their signature cocktails!

The Wedding Reception and Exit
Haley and Caitlin had an elegant reception and dinner catered by Southern Way Catering. They made sure to have a traditional first dance but also made sure to have a first dance with their sons. When their reception wrapped up, they exited with a sparkler exit surrounded by their guests and loved ones.
I was so pleased to be their LGBTQ+ wedding photographer in South Carolina and capture such an intimate and gorgeous wedding day.
