My very last wedding of 2022 was perfect in every way. Maddy and Spencer got married at the Botanical Garden’s at Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia, South Carolina. The Details
Mustard and navy tones were a perfect and vibrant color combination for this beautiful couple. It even matched their getting ready location at Hotel Trundle in Columbia, SC. Their sweet details truly set the tone for this wedding.
Getting Ready
To make these details what they are, we added a bride and groom to the mix. Maddy got ready surrounded by her ladies and mother in the Unicorn suite at Hotel trundle. After celebrating the day with a glass of champagne, Maddy was ready to slip into her Lillian West dress from Alexandra’s Boutique. Meanwhile, Spencer put on his last details in the lobby of this boutique hotel.
The First Look
Now that both this bride and groom were ready for their day, a first look would truly kick off this romantic and lively day. With a tap on the shoulder. Spencer turned around to see a giddy bride! After sharing kisses and laughter, these two were off to the Riverbanks Botanical Gardens in Columbia, SC for their wedding portraits.
Champagne Moment
This lively Botanical Garden wedding was truly a celebration. Champagne would be shared between Spencer and Maddy before a walk through the gardens. It never hurts to loosen up a little bit!

This wedding party was such a fun and supportive group for Maddy and Spencer. The liveliness and laughter were truly a nonstop theme throughout this wedding day at the Riverbanks Botanical Gardens. They were the perfect people to send these two off to say I DO!

The sun had set and Spencer awaited his bride at the end of the aisle. After Maddy was escorted down the aisle to him, the shared more laughter, heartfelt vows, rings, and a first kiss as husband and wife!
The Reception
This reception was kicked off with traditional dances and toasts that came straight from the heart. Seeing tears fall from love during these lively botanical gardens wedding photos made me remember why I love my job. For the LOVE! Dancing ensued, guests celebrated this gorgeous couple, and Maddy even shared an outfit change to relax just a bit.
These newlyweds shared a final last dance before their sparkler exit and it was a perfect way to end this wedding day. The love between these two is absolutely undeniable based on their wedding photos.
